What we're building

Four tools, one platform.

Recovanta Insight gives UK SMEs the credit risk intelligence that, until now, only larger businesses could afford. Built from public data sources, designed to be genuinely useful.

Launching first

Companies House intelligence

Free lookup of any UK Ltd company. Registered details, filing history, director list, charges, and financial summary — surfaced clearly, no jargon, no paywall.

Launching first

Customer monitoring

Add UK Ltd companies to your watchlist. Get email alerts when they file accounts late, change directors, register charges, or attract Gazette notices — the early warning signs of distress.

Coming soon

Credit risk indicators

Risk-rated summaries based on filing punctuality, financial trajectory, director track records, and other public-source signals. Quick read, plain English.

Coming soon

Corporate debtor lookup

Track UK Ltd companies that owe you money. Is the company still trading? Who are the current directors? Where is it now registered? Status changes flagged automatically.

Who it's for

Built for businesses that extend credit.

If you invoice other UK businesses on payment terms, you carry credit risk — whether you call it that or not. Recovanta Insight is built for the businesses who need to manage that risk without enterprise-grade budgets.

01
SMEs extending B2B credit. Recruitment agencies, construction firms, consultancies, manufacturers, wholesalers — any business invoicing other businesses on net-30 or net-60 terms and exposed to non-payment.
02
Finance managers and credit controllers. Anyone responsible for assessing whether to extend credit to a new customer, or monitoring whether an existing customer is showing signs of financial difficulty.
03
Accountants and business advisors. Professionals who advise SME clients on customer credit decisions, supplier vetting, or B2B risk management.
04
Small business owners. The person doing the books at the weekend, who occasionally needs to check whether a new customer is good for what they're about to invoice.
How it works

Three steps. That's it.

No complex onboarding, no enterprise sales call, no minimum contract. Sign up, search, monitor.

// Step 01

Search any UK Ltd company

Look up any UK Ltd company by name or registration number. Free, instant, no signup required for one-off searches.

// Step 02

Add to your watchlist

Pick the companies you want to monitor — your top 25 customers, your most-exposed accounts, anyone you're worried about.

// Step 03

Get alerted to changes

Receive email alerts when watched companies file late, change directors, register charges, or trigger other risk indicators.

Pricing

Free now. Fair later.

During beta, the platform is free. When we launch the Pro tier, it'll be priced for SMEs — not enterprise. No annual contracts, no hidden fees.

About

Built by people who know collections.

Recovanta Services is the technology arm of Recovanta Ltd, a UK B2B debt collection firm with over 30 years of specialist experience in credit management and collections. We built Recovanta Insight because the tools that small businesses need to spot credit risk early are either too expensive, too complex, or missing entirely from the market.

Our debt collection work gives us first-hand sight of the warning signs that precede non-payment — late filings, director changes, financial restructuring, Gazette notices. Insight surfaces those signals to you before they become collections cases.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

When does Recovanta Insight launch?
We're targeting a public beta launch in late 2026. Early access signups will receive an email the moment we open the platform — no spam, no nag emails in between.
Where does the data come from?
All data is sourced from public records — primarily Companies House (the UK government's official register of companies), supplemented by Gazette notices and other public-source signals. We don't process personal data about individual debtors, and we don't combine collections data with intelligence data. The data subject is the company, not the people behind it.
How is this different from Companies House itself?
Companies House is a brilliant free resource, but you have to know what you're looking for. Insight does the analysis layer on top — surfacing patterns across multiple companies, alerting you to changes you'd otherwise miss, and translating raw filings into plain-English risk indicators. The data is the same; the usability is dramatically different.
How is this different from Experian, Creditsafe, or Red Flag Alert?
Those are enterprise-grade tools with enterprise-grade pricing — typically £100-500+ per month, often with annual contracts. Recovanta Insight is built for SMEs who need credit intelligence without enterprise budgets. We trade some depth and proprietary scoring for a fraction of the cost and far less complexity.
Is my data safe?
Your account data is stored securely on UK-based infrastructure, encrypted in transit, and handled in accordance with UK GDPR. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with third parties for marketing purposes, and we maintain a separate data environment from our debt collection operation. Full privacy policy will be published before the Pro tier launches.
Can I cancel anytime?
The free tier requires no payment, so there's nothing to cancel — you can simply stop using it. When the Pro tier launches, it'll be a monthly subscription with no minimum term, no annual contracts, and one-click cancellation from your account settings.
Will you offer individual debtor tracing?
Individual trace services are on our longer-term roadmap but not part of the initial product. Our launch focus is squarely on UK Ltd companies — the data is public, the privacy considerations are minimal, and that's where SMEs need help most. We'll revisit individual tracing once Recovanta Ltd's debt collection business is fully established post-FCA-authorisation.

See trouble coming. Stop it earlier.
